Stewardship Directorate- The Workers Directorate & Training Ministry is designed to equip believers for service unto God and the edification of the body of Christ whilst helping believers grow in their knowledge of God’s through the Bible Study Ministry.
 
  • Workers Directorate & Training Ministry

This ministry is about developing and empowering church workers through training and skill transfer. The Church realizes that for people to function to their full potential, training and recurrent training are very essential. Training should be woven into all levels of the church and ministries. Developing leaders, building lives, and preparing the church members for evangelism is important in order to transform the community and the nations as part of the “Great Commission”. It fits in with the adage “if we do not train them we cannot blame them”. Without knowledge, people will languish.

  • Bible Study Ministry

The bible study ministry is one of the most fundamental ministries of the church. The purpose of the bible study ministry is for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, and for the edifying of the body of Christ (Ephesians 4: 11- 16). The overarching goal of the Bible study ministry in HOP is to help every believer become a disciple that is consistently growing into the stature of the fullness of Christ through sound knowledge of Christ, the unity of faith and being grounded in the Apostles’ doctrines.
