---Christian Education Directorate

Christian Education Directorate involves the coordination of programs to facilitate the spiritual growth of believers into the  image of Christ. This is achieved by providing and promoting programs that equip individuals for discipleship.

  • Believers Foundation Ministry

The Believers Foundation class serves as the first forum for instructing new believers as well as kids from the children’s department who have reached the age of accountability and transiting to the teenage church. The focus of the teachings is the assurance of salvation and the foundational doctrines of the Christian faith as stated in Hebrews 6:1-2 which include; repentance from dead works, faith towards God, the doctrine of baptisms, laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead and eternal judgment. Upon graduation from this class, the new believers are expected to be baptized by immersion and encouraged to enroll in the workers-in-training program. Foundation classes are conducted regularly on Sundays (except first Sundays and Young Adult Sundays).

  • Sunday School Ministry
The Sunday School is one of the founding ministries of the Redeemed Christian Church of God. As the name connotes, it provides a weekly forum on Sundays for church members to be instructed/schooled in God’s word precept by precept, line by line. The ministration of the Lord Jesus can be described as 3-fold or 3-dimensional – Preaching, Healing, Teaching. For a full and complete worship experience on Sundays, it is expected that this 3-fold ministration is accomplished. The Sunday school fulfills the “teaching” dimension of this package.
